Some days I’ll have a small breakfast with coffee because of limited time (or later brunch plans!), but I always have to have a little something to kick start my energy and system flow. To kick off the two, I have a pretty quick and easy detox go to.
I love chia seeds! They have plenty of benefits for your system such as detoxifying components, loaded with antioxidants, fiber, high quality protein, omega 3 fatty acids, they help bone quality and aid in your goal to shed pounds.

I love the product “Holy Crap”. It really is amazing. I just add water, almond milk or coconut water to it and watch it absorb the liquid and turn into a great breakfast. Holy crap is a chia seed mix that also has some yummy added components giving a great flavor and helping you … you know… crap! It has Chia Seeds, Buckwheat, Hemp Seeds, raisins, apples, cranberries and cinnamon.
If you don’t have any of this awesome breakfast mix or want to try making your own quick version, here is what I do! I use regular chia seeds that you can find at any grocery store, add in coconut shreds, cinnamon and coconut water.
