With the new year a few weeks in, Ive had the chance to really reflect on what changes I want to make for 2016. With that said, I figured I would share with you a few things to look forward to this year on the blog. As I change, I get to share new content, tips, and tricks to a better lifestyle. You're going to be seeing tons of health focused posts and shares. I have always been conscious of my well being, but as my schedule becomes more and more packed, my needs, both mentally and physically, have been changing. My body demand more attention, more care, and more love. Essentially, caring for yourself is the ultimate trick to a well styled life, and that is what I plan to help you all do! This year, I'm going to make it my healthiest inside and out. As you travel with me, experience new cities and lots of great living and eating tips, there is no better way to "style your life" than staying well. Wellness means so much more than being fit, it means beauty, getting enough sleep, not stressing over the little things, taking time to work out and reward your body. Everything from your inside energy reflects out. 2016 is about getting back to what really matters, and that is you! Your life, your beauty, your call. You are in control of this.
I can't wait to share more, but for now I leave you with this, patience is ultimately presence. Being present in the moment is hard. It teaches us how to be patient, take our time, look around, let life evolve naturally. Being present also allows us to care for the state we and others are in at that exact moment. Happy 2016.
