From January 15th until April 8th it's time to restart your fitness regime.
The first component is the new TFF Challenge, is a health coaching work book that helps you understand why you are embarking on this new challenge. It comes with with customized meal plans, grocery shopping lists, pantry lists, meet ups, and added components like how to measure your progress and health + fave clean beauty products to compliment your new lifestyle. As an added bonus to those who sign up for the January Challenge you will also receive my e-book that outlines my 10 rules to live by in your day to day life to reach optimal health.
The second part of the challenge is the BBG 12 week challenge. This is a 12 week fitness challenge through the Sweat App. For those who do not know the Sweat app, it stemmed from the famous work out E-Books Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. It's the perfect work out to compliment our meal plans and build our strong community. January 15th launches their Global Challenge. All the work outs are really easy to follow on the app. You download and pay for the app yourself if you wish to follow along.
