Homemade Ramen with Zoglo

In the Cold holiday weather, I'm always craving soup. This Homemade Ramen recipe featuring @zoglos.incredible plant-based beef style strips is insanely good - I had to share.

Homemade Ramen with Zoglo

Makes 4

Type  Gluten Free, Vegan

Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 red onion (chopped)

  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 2.5 containers low sodium vegetable broth

  • Your favourite veggies ( I used broccoli & mushrooms)

  • 1 tbsp Tamari

  • 1 package of Zoglo Beef Strips

  • 1 package of rice noodles

  • Spices (chilli powder, spiced paprika, garlic salt, red pepper flakes)


Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot on medium heat and add in olive oil, onions and garlic for around 2 minutes until aromatic.

  2. Then add in broth and veggies of your choosing, then add in your spices and tamari.

  3. Once veggies are almost tender, add in Zoglo beef style strips and rice noodles right into the pot.

  4. As everything begins to cook, slowly add in more broth. As the soup simmers together it will get so full of flavour and once rice noodles are cooked through, serve & enjoy!
