Plant based “Chicken” Sandwich

Guys I made the yummiest plant- based chicken sandwich with the new @zoglosincredible plant-based cutlets. They just launched this brand new line of so with so many different kinds of plant-based proteins. I’ve never eaten meat (pretty much my whole life!) so it makes me so excited to find these cutlets and all the options Zoglo’s provides for original meals. You can find them at Metro across Canada. So easy and so yummy!

Type Vegan

Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Gluten free brioche bun (Toasted )

  • Plant based mayo mixed with Sriracha (to make “spicy mayo”)

  • Zoglo’s Incredible cutlet

  • Sliced Avocado

  • No Sugar added Ketchup

  • Dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Follow Zoglo’s “chicken” cutlet instructions on the package for baking details.

  2. Meanwhile mix plant based mayo & sriracha to make your spicy mayo, slice up the avocado and begin toasting the brioche bun.

  3. Once your “chicken” is heated, spread spicy mayo & ketchup on your bun, place on the sliced avocado, add a dash of hot sauce and Zoglo’s Incredible cutlet!

  4. Enjoy!
