This turned out SO “dirty” I had to share. I’m not sure how this started but when T & I eat a bomb breakfast sandwich we started calling them dirty good 😂so I’m bringing our lingo to the gram.

Vegetarian Breakfast Melt

Makes 1

Type Vegetarian, Gluten-Free

Time 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices gluten-free white bean and millet toast (Queen Street Bakery)

  • 1 tbsp vegan spicy mayo (I used Farm Boy)

  • Sriracha to your taste

  • 2 Veggie Egg Bakes

  • 2 tbsp Vegan Orange Cheddar ( I like Daiya )

  • Breakfast Sausage ( Gardein)

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread.

  2. While your bread is in the toaster, place egg bakes in a frying pan or this is such a time hack because I find making the eggs or omelette take the longest! You can make these in the microwave for 2-3mins.

  3. Sprinkle on a layer of cheese.

  4. Once your toast is done, spread on vegan mayo and sriracha.

  5. Sprinkle another layer of vegan cheddar on breakfast sausage.

Notes

*Replace the egg with sliced BBQ tofu to make the who deal vegan!
