I’m totally a fan of anything pumpkin and holiday flavoured …. the only problem is I can’t have most of the flavoured mixes because of the chemicals and sweeteners that they add in. Even if I wanted to have a “cheat” I feel terrible and thats not worth it.
To combat the craving I made my own recipe that improvised flavours to get something clean and pretty close to the desired taste crazing we all have this time of year! I wanted to come up with yummy but also healthy alternative to the traditional pumpkin spice latte we all love. And off course a little bit of collagen!
Here is what I came up with:
