What's up guys, this is spin, skin and other addictions, a podcast by me, Samantha E Cutler of The Fit Fatale. Each week I'm going to take you deeper into the world of wellness with entrepreneurs who are building brands designed to better your life.

[00:00:27] You'll be hearing from fitness gurus, medical specialists and influencers in the world of fitness, health, beauty, and nutrition. I hope you guys love it. Let's get down.

Allie: [00:00:43] No, I just think it, it all comes into a balance and finding that balance as a mom. And a fitness blogger and a health coach and, trying to run a business and also trying to be the best mom you can be is not easy as. It's always a [00:01:00] work in progress.

Sam: [00:01:00] Welcome to spin skin and other addictions episode number 87 this week, I have Allie Hiller and we are talking all things in the space of influencing. Allie Hiller is a health and fitness influencer, but she also just had her second baby. And in this interview, she's actually about nine months pregnant. So in the process of editing and getting this up, Allie has had her baby, so we want to say congratulations to her and her husband and their family. They are so beautiful and her beautiful darling, little baby girl.

[00:01:32] And in this interview, Allie dropped so many nuggets, just really some realness around her career in the past few years as a creator and how much that changed from going from the health world into motherhood and this idea of our perfect body to now being just more realistic and vulnerable with your community.

[00:01:52] Before we dive into our episode today, a quick note from our sponsors Dose Juice. So I don't know if it's just me, but as [00:02:00] the weather gets warmer, I'm craving fresh pressed juice. And I just want all those fruits and veggies. And as the season shift, my body just needs it even more so and fresh pressed juices, like Dose Juice are great way to get those nutrients and also satisfy that craving.

[00:02:15] I'm a huge fan of the brand. I feel like there are just so many different variety of things flavors. I think my favorite is probably Taxi, which has like pineapple and it's really light, but super, super fresh. So if you want to check them out, they're available in Quebec and Ontario and you can use code thefitfatale15 for 15% off your order. I hope you love our episode and let's dive into it.

[00:02:39] Hello everyone. And welcome to another episode of spin skin and other addictions. My guilty pleasure is when I get to have incredible powerful women that also are content creators because I get to learn so much from them when they're on here on the show.

[00:02:54] And today I have none other then Allie Hiller, who you may  know [00:03:00] from@healthyalibii on Instagram, she is a New York based blogger and she's also a super mom. She is currently pregnant as we're podcasting and has a toddler at home in the midst of this craziness. She focuses on tons of health and food, fitness sharing inspo for motherhood, but also relatable for pretty much anyone who's tuning in and trying to just live a healthy life from recipes to workouts. And I just feel like you're so real Allie, I'm so excited to have you on our listeners a little bit about your background, your story, how you ended up here creating this context.

Allie: [00:03:35] Sure. So thank you for having me. I'm really excited to be here, Sam. I feel like we've been following each other for a really long time, but we never actually met, so this is really cool. So basically I am I started off as a fitness blogger who just was sharing my fitness my daily fitness.

[00:03:51] And then basically from there, I went  on my own food journey, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and it put me into this [00:04:00] journey of discovering how to eat for my new diagnosis, which I had no idea. I was like a huge carb girl and just eating whatever I wanted, but like just, loving fitness all the same.

[00:04:11] And then my body,  actually started changing like crazy when I started like eating all these, not, I wouldn't say gluten-free, but it was a gluten-free diet that I was just learning more about through nutrition school. And from there, I guess that's where my following started. And it's funny cause I look back and I'm like, I can't believe how much I have evolved in these six years.

[00:04:36]Cause it's so much more than fitness now. If you follow me, it's motherhood, wellness, mental health, every aspect that goes into kind of like the wellness umbrella.

Sam: [00:04:45] Yeah. And you've really helped pave the way, because a lot of creators I think get into this space because they have a story that they're personally going through.

[00:04:54] And like you said, you were diagnosed with celiac disease and didn't know necessarily how [00:05:00] to, overcome that alone. Did you feel like you needed  to share your story and create a space for those who were going to end up in the same position you were, where you were like, I have to rethink how I'm eating and how I'm treating my body.

[00:05:13] Or was it just an organic unfolding of you being like, I need an outlet. Like where do I go with all this stuff?

Allie: [00:05:19] Yeah, I think it was like a mixture of both. I needed an outlet and  at the time I was a preschool teacher and this was like my side hustle and I was just doing it for fun.

[00:05:28]So at the time I wasn't thinking, how can I help people then all of a sudden it started evolving so organically, like you said. And then from there is where I realized, Oh my God, I love helping people. And I was working with friends like one-on-one by this point just like being a health coach without even really realizing it just, that was just my personality.

[00:05:46] I just loved. I love that and help people and get, help people reach their goals. So I think that's where it started and took off from there.

] Sam: [00:05:54] And now how does that play into being like a mom right now [00:06:00] and tying into all the recipes that you're sharing? I would imagine it's even more difficult to keep up with taking care of your own nutrition and your needs, especially picking gluten-free recipes and then incorporating that into your kids. I can't even imagine that because it's not something I have to deal with yet, but for our listeners, how has that been, having your kids or your son, and then, soon kids, soon to be moms.

Allie:[00:06:24] I think it's definitely, it was like a lot, actually more organic than I thought it would be. Cause I thought I was going to be way more crazed about just making sure that, everything was health conscious in this, that but I think when you're in a pandemic and you're a mom you're pregnant and you also, trying to just keep your, your nutrition in check.

[00:06:45]I think that's when you start realizing, okay, I can't be perfect. I have to like allow myself to give myself grace and not every meal is going to be the healthiest. But I can try my hardest. I prepare foods in advance and they're all people, these little [00:07:00] ones,  they have a mind of their own, they have taste buds and  he knows what he likes.

[00:07:04] The thing is being pregnant, like I ended up sharing food with him, like majority of the time. So if he doesn't finish something, I'll finish it. If I'm eating something, he wants it, so there's no like getting past him really in terms of food.

Sam: [00:07:20] That's amazing. I can just imagine that you can never keep food on your plate with a toddler, like on your own plate, because steal it.

Allie: [00:07:26]Cause they know whatever you're eating is probably good. And then that's what they want for some reason.

Sam: [00:07:30] it's probably better. It smells better.

Allie: [00:07:32] It's fancier. Definitely try to make my, all my, all his food myself and it's not easy. It's definitely a balancing act and preparing in advance. It's like the key.

[0Sam: [00:07:43]What are some of your hacks like meal prep you hinted at and referenced is that one of them? What are some of the other ones when it comes to nutrition?

Allie: [00:07:50] Yeah. Meal prep is like the biggest one for sure, as a mom and as a person for me. And then I would just say having things like in the freezer [00:08:00] that you could just love, like my little Dr. Prager   broccoli bites, I think they're called. Like he, he's going to eat it. It's an easy thing. If he's not eating what I have prepped, then I could throw those in the oven and I know who's going to eat it.

Sam: [00:08:14] Yeah, sorry. I didn't mean, I was gonna say what about you? Cause you're so in mom mode, you're like, this is how I prepare for him. This is how I take care of him. It's what about you girl? Tell us any secrets that you can for them, those who are moms or who are maybe just looking for healthier choices and options to take while they're at home, which we all know is not easy.

Allie: [00:08:35] I think the same kind of thing. I kind of view it the   same way, I view the meals for him. So I always have things that I know I'm going to be into in the freezer that are healthier options. I also usually always cook vegetables at the beginning of the week and I have those prepped in little containers that I'll eat, if I want a snack or this and that, but let's be real. As a mom, you just don't come in first anymore.

[00:08:59] So [00:09:00] you're just eating on the fly and you hope for the best, you just eat the leftover as a what there it's a very different mindset than before. When I was like a fitness gal in the, in the world here. And my meals were like the only, the main focus it's very different.

[00:09:17] I think any mom could like agree with me there.

Sam: [00:09:21] Absolutely.  I definitely can't relate or completely understand not being a mom, but I can say thank you to all of the women who now have role models who have been there and done that so that when we do, hopefully we have a little bit more, guidance and inspiration as to, merging the two lives.

[00:09:42] Cause I'm sure it's just like this rock your world, experience. What's something that you get to communicate with your audience on the regular, as a mom, as a fitness, loving, recipe building mother that you had no idea [00:10:00] of when you were going into this experience of motherhood, that you wish you had insight into that now you make a priority to share with your audience.

Allie: [00:10:10] I would say literally the realities of motherhood, which, nothing can prepare you for what it actually will be like. It's crazy and you're exhausted just 99% of the time, especially in that first year and couldn't possibly tell you, because unless you experience it firsthand, it's just, it's it's the most wonderful, but the most exhausting thing. And I think I try to share that through my daily posts or my weekly posts with, a delicate balance of, no, I just think it, it all comes into a balance and finding that balance as a mom. And a fitness blogger and a health coach and, trying to run a business and also trying to be the best mom you can be is not easy and it's always a work in progress.

Sam: [00:10:59]But, hats off [00:11:00] to you for being real about it because it's really easy to look at social media and think that everything looks perfect. And I know you've had so many posts that you've done, Allie, that have resonated. So strongly with me just as a creator, regardless of motherhood or not just about realness around body image around, what we try to put out and where's that balance of, I want to inspire, but I also want to be real about the shit that I'm going through and  what helps you find that balance? Or what helped you, on your journey, get to a place of being   open and authentic with your audience. Cause it's hard. Like we get, I'm sure you get tons of comments and things that try to deteriorate you, in one way or another, what's been your, I guess your why and why do you, how do you continue to show up so authentically?

Allie: [00:11:56] It's such an interesting question. And as I think I think it's not easy to [00:12:00] put yourself out there and feel, like some, sometimes things are taken the wrong way or things are received  in not the way you had intended or but I think making sure that you're coming from like a, just an authentic, good place.

[00:12:18]I feel everything that you post needs to be fully you. I don't work with many, most all supplement companies cause I personally don't believe in them. I just don't. I think sometimes they work for some people and sometimes they don't, but I think just continuing to just be true to who you are and that comes across and the things that you post.

Sam: [00:12:47] Using that, like when it comes to the brands you work with, like you said, with supplements, but I'm sure with every brand you have to reference is this. Is this real for me?

Allie:[00:12:56] If I wouldn't personally I'll use it. If I wouldn't, if I'm not [00:13:00] eating it, drinking it, doing it myself, then I can't, I just can't get behind it. And it's hard because in this business, I think I'm sure, you understand it's, it's not easy to, there's so much, there's so much competition and I think it's really everyone wants is trying to hustle, and make money. But the problem is I think that's where there's like a blurred line is if you don't. If you're just working with every company that you know, wants to work with you, and instead of weeding out and being particular about what, who it is, you're working with, who you are as a blogger, as a brand, as a person.

[00:13:39] I think that makes it really tough.

Sam: [00:13:42] Yeah. And what's unique also is that in other areas, and I'm sure you experienced this, even as a health coach, someone approaches you and says like Ali, what's your rate for health coaching. Great. Sign me up. I want to pay. You're like, okay, you're a client. I can take you. As my client, you pay my services or if you're a graphic designer, whatever, [00:14:00] but in what  you know, content creators do, and you in particular representing mothers as well, you also, it's not just, do you want my service? It's do you want my service? Do I want to be associated with you as a brand and this product.

[00:14:15] And it's cuts, cuts the opportunity because the opportunities might be doubled, but then you have to cut it in half of where that aligns. And I'm sure, especially as a mom, like there's probably double the pressure. I would assume when it comes to the products you align with, because total representing yourself, you're representing your kids as well.

Allie: [00:14:36] Yes. Yes. It's so important. And also while you're breastfeeding and while you're pregnant, I think just keeping in mind, what is the message that you want to come across to people and who you are? Like what do you believe as a person? I think those are important concepts to know before you start.

[00:14:52]I hate this word, like influencing. I hate that word though.

Sam: [00:14:57] Building a  community like before you [00:15:00] start telling anyone. I don't know. I just, I think, I look around at the women that we know within our communities that succeed and the women that inspire me, yourself included so many incredible creators.

[00:15:13] And you realize that they've built communities through having a reason to show up every day, not just because of wanting to show up for the following or the product, or even the business side of it or creating side of it. But what is your why and why are you creating? And I do honestly believe you've come into that so incredibly well in the past, four or five years through motherhood through your experience and you've owned it so well. And you're really a leader for so many.

Allie: [00:15:40] Same with you. I feel the same.

Sam: [00:15:43] And how Allie do you navigate social media right now, when it comes to mental health? We've heard, from so many different creators, how difficult the climate has been over the past year with so many people consuming the [00:16:00] content, but also themselves struggling with mental health.

[00:16:02] And that obviously turns into the way they express or communicate with the content and the creators are consuming information from.  How have you been impacted by your mental health and also how do you navigate shitty comments? There's no pretty way of saying that.

Allie: [00:16:21] Yeah. I think mental health is so tough.

[00:16:24] I don't think social media like benefits our mental health, no matter why. I think it can be very difficult. I think if you don't learn when to, unplug and have time for yourself and self care and prioritize yourself then social media can be a very toxic place, especially in the last year.

[00:16:44]I have personally felt, a shift in the last year, for sure. Especially since the pandemic started. And I think, it's hard. I really think prioritizing, The unplugging is really important. That's like my tool, I don't think all the time you have [00:17:00] to go and announce that.

[00:17:02] I just think it's an important thing to know about yourself when you're going to unplug and when you're going to be, I think for me for example, for me, when I'm plugged. I have to be fully plugged. I have to be fully doing it because I can't half ass, like I never want to half-ass a caption or responding to people's messages or anything like that.

[00:17:27] Like for me, what I'm fully doing it or I'm not doing it. And that's hard because I think most people are just like mindlessly scrolling, which I try to avoid, which I think can be a, really have a negative impact on our mental health. Cause then we get into the comparison game and all that.

[00:17:45]So I really don't. I tried to be super strict with myself in terms of that, just to keep my mental health strong.

Sam: [00:17:52] And I love that you said that, cause I have heard from a number of different entrepreneurs on this podcast included speaking about [00:18:00] being very intentional about their time. So like you're saying when I'm on, right?

[00:18:04] Like I'm going to be, whether that's, in your office or wherever you are, you're really focused on the content that you're creating or putting out or how you're engaging with your audience. And I'm sure they feel that, in your community feels your responses through that but then it has to be the same when we're off.

[00:18:20] Like we have to be deliberate about our time off. And I actually just loved what you said about I don't necessarily announce it. I just do it cause there's this I'm taking time off, bye.

Allie: [00:18:32] Just okay, we get it. You're leaving.

Sam: [00:18:34] I've definitely done. We've all done that, but I think it's funny you say that because We were, I was being, I speak with a lot of creators and it's where the natural flow comes in is where it becomes a successful tool, less of a all or nothing.

[00:18:49] And I'm totally, off for this amount of time, which is really nice, cause that's like a vacation, but it has to, it can't just be once a year, it has to have an ebb and a flow. When do you [00:19:00] know you, you need to like tune back what are your, what are your red? I don't know if red flags is the right word, but just, I got a backup for a second here and just, take it off for the weekend.

[00:19:14] Be with your husband be with your kid? That kind of thing?

Allie: [00:19:16] I wouldn't say there's something specific that happens. I think it's just more like an agita feeling. That's like a Jewish term for it's like a Yiddish term for just feeling like, okay, it's enough. Like I need to make a change right now for myself.

[00:19:32]But sometimes that's A day and sometimes it could be more than a day. But I think making sure that when you feel that feeling of just Oh my God, I don't know what to post. Maybe you're, maybe you're in a slump of, you don't know what you want to discuss. Maybe you need to take a minute for yourself and feel that inspiration.

[00:19:48] Why is it that you started in the first place? I always think coming back to why you started is always a great place to break from, because then you come back in with this, with just an, a reignited passion which [00:20:00] is more authentic, posting just to post, come on. I think we're all everyone's past that I think.

[00:20:05]But I also think being consistent is really important in what we do. And also my clients follow me. So I always whenever I'm posting, I always think, what do I want them to hear? What is the message of the week? What am I talking about? What is going on in my life that is giving me that inspiration?

[00:20:22] What, what is the next thing. But,  of my posts. Like I don't plan in advance.

Sam: [00:20:27] I love it. You're just like, this is calling to me. This is what I communicate.

Allie: [00:20:33] Like a day or a day before is when I'm like my juice is flowing..

Sam: [00:20:36] And it's, what's amazing about that. One of the best pieces of advice and you just reiterated that is  don't post unless you have something to say, and it's the same thing of like, why are, why speak unless you have something, that provides value to the conversation. And because there are so many people listening to you on the regular, it's really easy to sometimes be just caught up in [00:21:00] that and feel like you have to provide entertainment in a way, but instead we have to switch that mindset and be like, okay, it's not just entertainment.

[00:21:07] Although, videos are entertaining. It's about the value and the mindset shift towards like, where's the value in what I'm putting out. And especially with our view and what are people learning? Yeah. And with your clients, you obviously want to continue to inspire and uplift them. And if you're not taking care of yourself as well, and you're not providing value at the same time, it's very difficult place to to end up.

Allie: [00:21:32] For sure.

Sam: [00:21:34] So what are I love having like health coaches or people who can, inspire some insight. Entrepreneurs are probably some of the worst people when it comes to self care, let's say sometimes because we put our businesses first, and we put our families first and all these different things before ourselves.

[00:21:54] What would you say to, to either current entrepreneurs, aspiring [00:22:00] entrepreneurs, or even just hustlers that are working in their jobs, maybe two or three tips that they should start now that they can begin incorporating self care, whether that's health, fitness, little steps that they can do to reel it back in.

Allie: [00:22:15] Yeah. I think write things down, write down one of your goals is huge for like I'm a visual person, I need everything written. Not unlike, my phone notes. Which is a huge thing obviously now for me, because when you quickly think of the, like on a pad and a paper I'm writing down, actually seeing, your goals and what you want to accomplish for the week, for the month, for the year, your five-year plan, things like that.

[00:22:41]So making sure that everything's visual also just not, yes, we all, listen. We were going to put up everything else before our own self care. And I think that's very, like sometimes I find myself in the bath, like I'm practicing self care and then I have my phone working and I'm like, [00:23:00] why are you doing this?

[00:23:01]Okay,

Sam: [00:23:05] I know where you're going with this. I'm like, Oh yeah.

Allie: [00:23:07] It's that is like clear moment. Clear time for yourself and  I also find that when I'm in the bath, I have these great ideas and I want, to write them down, be able to express them. So finding a balance is so important.

[00:23:21] And I always talk about balance on my feed. And I wanted to talk about balance here because I think it's one thing. If you're doing it in an unhealthy way, the work mindset, but I think if you're balanced about it, okay, I'm going in the bathroom gonna have 10 minutes for myself and then 10 minutes, I'm going to work, or, reading a book that takes up your entire mind.

[00:23:41] So you can't do anything else when you're doing that. I don't know. So making sure that when you're doing things, it's very intentional. So I'm having me time. I'm actually having the time and making sure that are just like a genuine, happy connecting person, like finding like-minded people like [00:24:00] yourself to be able to do this with connect with, and feel supported or feel like someone else's at the other, they get where you're coming from and they can relate with you.

[00:24:11] I think having support. Yeah.

Sam: [00:24:14] Yeah. I love that. It's crazy. As you said that bathtub thing, I was laughing in the background. I'd explained what I was laughing because I've done that, we've all been guilty of, okay. We're taking care of ourselves, but our wheels never stop turning, especially for one as entrepreneurs.

[00:24:29] But especially as content creators, like everything we see in our eyes is a content opportunity and it becomes a disease. If you're nodding here, I can , I know you can relate to so many people listening can relate who just had that creative bug. And so you can't help, but do you like deliberately stop yourself?[00:24:49]Is what you're saying?

Allie: [00:24:53] Being intentional about it. [00:24:55] It's tough.

Sam: [00:24:57] Yeah. That is tough. Do you, you talked a lot [00:25:00] about writing your goals, which I'm sure. I love love. I love that. I think like writing where we want to go, whether that's in a year or five years, as you mentioned, are you a manifestor? Are you one who believes put it on the vision board, put it on paper and it manifests its way.

[00:25:15]Write that number down. Are you one of those?

Allie: [00:25:17] I am not one of those, but I think I just do that without realizing it but I'm not intentional about manifesting things. I'm not like I don't think like that, I'm just like, okay, I'm going to write down my goals, I'm going to check in with, I've done this fun trick where you like, send yourself something to, or I had no one, I do.

[00:25:34] I have someone else send it to me in three months to see, where am I? And I forgot about it. Just things like that, but no, I'm not like a super manifester at all. I just when I have a goal. I work towards it and I'm super disciplined in that time. It's frustrating when you're not almost nine months pregnant and you have so much on your plate and you just want to, because I'm such a move forward person.

[00:25:57] And right now I just have to, I just have to chill [00:26:00] out. So I think that's hard. Yeah. Right now I really can't. And I have no idea what it's going to be like, when I have two kids, but I'm hoping that I just, just we're going to work through it. We're going to go, we're going to continue-

Sam: [00:26:12] one foot in front of the other one day at a time.

Allie: [00:26:15] Yeah.

Sam: [00:26:17] We have to listen to, you have to listen to your own advice as well.

Allie: [00:26:21] It's hard. It's not easy.

Sam: [00:26:22] What's something you wish you knew when you were starting as a content creator that you would tell yourself five years ago?

Allie: [00:26:30] Something I wish I knew. I guess, I think something I wish I knew back then was like, abs are great, but they're, they're not for me at that time. I was just like very fitness oriented and I didn't really have, my focus was just really very minimal. It was like, okay, I was very nutrition based figuring out how to [00:27:00] eat for my celiac disease, my abs, and, basically self caring all day long, I guess I would just tell myself to enjoy that time a little more, enjoy being young, enjoy just starting out and just relax with the process.

[00:27:15]Don't rush it. Don't hurry. Like brands will come, your abs might come and go, the boys will come and go just enjoy everything more, and take time to soak it in and enjoy living alone too.

Sam: [00:27:28] For everyone listening, who's living alone or living without their children just yet, you heard it first from Allie.

Allie: [00:27:36] For sure.

Sam: [00:27:38] The supermom herself. I love that because it also pertains to every single entrepreneur. It's not just content creation, it's, building a business as a whole. It's we're always thinking about where we're going and how to get there faster and better and more, successfully, whatever that means, which we all just make up what that looks like or means in our own mind.

[00:27:58]And I love that just like the [00:28:00] reminder of slow down and enjoy where you're at.

Allie: [00:28:03] Totally.

Sam: [00:28:04] And like the pain points that you've gone through. I'm sure. Now looking at them, I've made you so much more successful as a female entrepreneur, as a creator as well, because they shape you into how you build your business.

Allie: [00:28:20] For sure. Thank you.

Sam: [00:28:22] So I want to lastly talk about what are some of your fees, favorite creators right now on social media that are lighting up your feed that you're getting like so much inspiration from, it could be mom bloggers could be fitness, it could be content, mental health, whatever that you feel like is just getting your feed going.

[00:28:42] Because right now a lot of creators are also like, sorry. A lot of consumers of the content are going, where can I find more inspiration and more people that actually bring brightness and lightness to my feed because really tough world out there right now, we need more of it. So [00:29:00] what are you consuming that you love?

[00:29:01] It could also be like entrepreneurs or any type of content that you're just like loving right now.

Allie: [00:29:06] I've loving, like just maybe this is because I'm nine months pregnant or maybe it's cause I'm such a foodie and I love food. I love like recipes and creative ways to cook. So I'm following a lot of just really delicious looking food.

[00:29:23]I follow like hashtags. I don't know, like cool hashtags of things. So it's not like necessarily specific. I'll follow like restaurants. I love I love Haven's kitchen. I love my friend Maria  from @spinach4breakfast, she has like amazing recipes. I don't know. I just there's, so there's so many, cause I it's not necessarily like a specific person.

[00:29:45] I just follow like the hashtag and go to wherever I see food. That's like really good. That could inspire me to create the next recipe.

Sam: [00:29:54] Your making me  hungry and yourself, by the way, Allie, is that the [00:30:00] best recipes as well? What's a hashtag you like to look up like, would it be like healthy? Breakfast is that too vague?

[00:30:06] What are your go-to weird ones?

Allie:[00:30:08] Like tasty food, or just like delicious or Mac and cheese, or just like the things that I'm currently craving as a pregnant person. But I also will do like healthy breakfasts ideas or sides, or meal prep, snacks. I don't know. Everything is interesting to me right now in the food world.

[00:30:27] And then I also have, my fitness. The fitness motivation is like a low, like right now, I'm just like, okay, I'll get there. But right now I'm not, I'm not working out as I obviously once was.

Sam: [00:30:40] Girl your nine months pregnant. Yeah.

Allie: [00:30:43] I just I was working out almost every day with David ,pregnant , but when you have a toddler you're just exhausted, every day is is a work out.

Sam: [00:30:49] You had the resources differently like right now we're at home. It's so different. You could go to like prenatal classes. You could go to specific things with a community and now it's [00:31:00] harder

Allie: [00:31:00] at home.

[00:31:01] Yeah. It's really hard. But I'm grateful, that I even have. The minimal health that I have with my, my mother-in-law. So that's been really helpful. I love also like Kayla Itsines workouts, so those are fun. And I don't know.

Sam: [00:31:15] I love that. There's some great, you gave some great tips and I love Kayla too, in what she did after her baby as well. I think she had a great shift in her content for, and her honesty as well.

[00:31:26] Cause she's definitely someone that was like goals that seem super unattainable because she was so young. And I think she had like a big shift when she had her baby too, so there's a lot.

Allie: [00:31:37] It humbles you, motherhood humbles you. Like easy, it doesn't matter who you are or what, you will be helpful. I bless it.

Sam: [00:31:47] So last but not least. Can you share with our audience listening today where they can find you where they can get more of you and I, by the time this comes out, we may have baby number two. So they're going to have to get all that baby, the [00:32:00] baby goodness on the gram..

Allie: [00:32:01] Yeah. So you could find me on Instagram at @healthyalibi.

[00:32:05]And that's where I post that. Where I'm I daily and communicating through my posts and messaged me. And I love chatting, so with my other, moms and ladies out there, so that's where mainly you can find me. I also have a YouTube channel. It's been inactive for a little bit, but I got to get that going again. That was super fun.

Sam: [00:32:26] Bring us recipes, but take your time. Relax, enjoy, like we said, you can't plan, guilty over here asking for more recipes, but so I want to wish you the best Allie, like the best help and the best with your second birth. I'm excited to watch the story cause you're always such an inspiration and hopefully next time, probably next time we're chatting, you'll have so many more crazy stories to tell me.

Allie: [00:32:55] Oh my God. So crazy. I can't even believe that. Thank you [00:33:00] for having me.
